1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Prospect Growth Lab, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Prospect Growth Lab provides done-for-you LinkedIn outbound automation services for B2B companies. Our services include targeting and list building, campaign copywriting, automated outreach, and reporting. The specific services provided are outlined in your service agreement.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All plans are month-to-month rolling with 30 days cancellation notice required.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your target audience and business, maintaining an active LinkedIn account and Sales Navigator subscription, reviewing and approving messaging before campaigns go live, and ensuring your use of our services complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Prospect Growth Lab provides outbound marketing services and cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, LinkedIn platform changes, and your offer. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which any issue arises.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, messaging, and materials created by Prospect Growth Lab for your campaigns remain your property upon full payment. Our proprietary systems, processes, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Prospect Growth Lab.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We will provide you with any data or reports accumulated during your engagement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
